User Acceptance Testing

***Please use the UAT Checklists as a guideline (attached)***

Before your application goes live, Breé will email each campus stating that their application is ready for UAT (User Acceptance Testing). The UAT has several specific goals:

• The campus reviews the application as a student.
  • Login to beta.cfnc.org with a test student email and password. Do not use an institutional email.
  • Use the attached checklist as a guide, and submit the application. Then respond back with either: 
    • Approval
    • Request Edits

KEEP IN MIND

• APPROVE if everything is correct  
• These items do not need to be correct to still give approval: terms, majors, major lists
• Not all of your edits will be completed before launch; if that occasion arises, Breé will give more details
