The College Redirection Pool (CRP) is an opportunity for colleges to recruit students who may not have committed to an institution yet. The CRP is opt-in for both institution and student. This page gives information on for the College to know about CRP. Before you read through, visit the Student Point of View on the CRP.
When is it?
Annually from April 1 - August 31.
How does the Opt-In work?
Students opt-in by completing a form on the CFNC Website. That form opens on April 1st each year. Once they complete the form, they become viewable in your Prospects and their data can be exported to your CRM, where you can continue the conversation.
Campuses opt-in through contacting CFNC (cfnc-campus@northcarolina.edu). There is a setting within CrossConnect that CFNC can check to "Participate in College Redirection Pool." This setting is at the application level.
Note: as of March 27, 2023, all Undergraduate apps (except 1) have opted-in to College Redirection Pool. Other applications - graduate, non-degree, readmission - show mostly opted-out to participate.
Can a linked application still participate in College Redirection Pool?
Yep!
How do I export the data of the students who opted-in?
You'll go to Recruitment > Export Projects > Export Projects > Click green "Export" button to export specific project.
