CrossConnect has tools to help navigate through multiple applications more efficiently. See below to see some tips and faqs about accessing multiple applications in CrossConnect.
1. Make sure you're on the correct application
In the upper right corner (next to your name), you should be able to see the Application Name. If you click on the arrow, you will see a dropdown list of all the applications you have access to. Whichever name is listed on the black bar next to your name is the application you are actively accessing.
2. Set your Default Application
The system defaults to an alphabetical order for applications, based on the application name. If you would like to change the default application to one you more frequently use, there's a way to do that.
- In the upper right corner, click on your name >
- My Profile >
- Find "Default Application" >
- Select application from dropdown list >
- Click Save Changes
