How do I set up CrossRoute to work with multiple applications at a single organization?
CrossRoute is tied to the user account. As long as the user that downloaded CrossRoute for the first app has permission to the second app, then they'll just need to create a new schedule for that application to be downloaded. However, if someone else - or another xConnect user account - will be responsible for downloading the second applications, then they will need to set up CrossRoute on their machine and create a schedule for that application.
Example: College has two applications - one for undergraduate students and one for Dual Enrollment (CCP) students
User John johndoe@nc-school.edu is tasked with downloading the Undergraduate applications via CrossRoute. He sets up CrossRoute according to the instructions.
Then, he is tasked with downloading the Dual Enrollment (CCP) applications as well. He will only need to create a new schedule within the Dual Enrollment (CCP) application settings in order to use CrossRoute.
However; if Sally sallyperson@nc-school.edu has been tasked with downloading the Dual Enrollment (CCP) applications instead of John, she will need to set up CrossRoute according to the instructions on her machine.
